Summer Play

Louisa performed her Summer Play in school today. It was about 'Going on a holiday'. She 'played' a girl on vacation. As the play involved the whole school, the hall was packed with audience. It was so crowded we couldn't really see what was going on. To make the matter worse, Louisa, being shy as she is, tried to hide behind other pupils and I didn't manage to take a decent picture of her at all. The lady in the picture below stood up a few times with her chunky camcorder during the play. The people sitting behind her tried to be patient when she first stood up. But when she didn't sit down after sometime, some parents started making noise. One father then loudly asked her to 'sit down please'. Most people would sit down after being told off. This mum/nan/grand not only continued standing but shouted 'shut up!' back. Everyone was shocked. How rude was that!
