Rang up my travel agent to pay for my airtickets to Singapore. AND! She told me there's a new promotion which entitles us to free tickets to Asia. AND! This is when I've already booked my Hong Kong tickets!!!! Now trying to check if my UA tickets are refundable. AND! This is annoying!
Update: UA tickets nonrefundable :-----( ......only consolation is all morning SIA flights to HK are fully booked, so are the evening flights back. Qi, Cat, wanna go Bangkok? I was originally going to Bangkok, is it meant to be afterall?
