Spring Colours

I am so, so behind with blogging. Plenty of backdated posts to be written. That aside, let's talk about the weather. Yes, we are obsessed with this topic at this part of the world. We have had lovely weather (around 20 degrees) for the past few days. So much so we didn't stay home much over the bank holiday weekend.

This morning, I brought Lavigne to our town's Tesco, not by car but by foot. It was an attempt to enjoy the sunny weather and do some exercise which I badly need. Lavigne sat in the stroller and it was indeed a nice walk to town. Until the way home that is. I had to walk up 2 slopes, pushing the stroller with Lavigne in it and this time, together with the shopping bags. It must have been over 20kg. All the while in my mind as I was struggling home, I envisioned tone legs and arms and a taut tummy. That motivated me. Will I do it again? Yes! But without the stroller and the kid in it.

This is what I like about spring.

I love the flowers! How nice to have some in your garden.

It is much easier to walk without the stroller and child. I've been walking home from the tube stations, 1/2 hour each time, phew! But I get so hungry I end up snacking more!

I didn't realise the tube station is that far away.

I love the flowers. So pretty and makes a person feel cheerful.

Lilyann,

Indeed! Plus the sunshine but not too hot weather, everyone's in a chirpy mood.
