It's been a nightmare dealing with the estate agents. Will blog more about our experience WHEN we get a house. Strangely, the market's been quite quiet. Please let us find a house soon.
well, it's not that strange. All over BBC they were giving commentaries on how house prices are falling (2.3% down for London vs last year).
Bitter for us (my family) if we sell off around this time. :(
But sweet for buyers.. :) So, here's wishing you luck on the search - these estate agents should be on their toes seeing that this is the buyers' market! Gee. (They ought to be whipped)
When we first came, we had 3 weeks to find a place, and we found it only near end of second week. Keep checking the property websites (findaproperty, rightmove, primelocation, gumtree etc). You're in our prayers :)
