This moving house business is wreaking havoc to my body. The stress, the running around, the viewings, the waiting game have caused some bad effects to my tummy. There are lots of wind and I just feel bloated all the time. I remember those days when I was working, I got that quite often too. So it's back to gastric pill popping like before again. Oh yes, it's not just me who's not well. Adrian's down with a cough and cold. I just hope the right property will come along soon.

Will ginger tea (those asian type, not those British type) help? I get bloated stomach very often too (as with skin :P) - sometimes I will boil soup of pork/chicken thigh with Kei Ji (Goji berry?) and red dates (and with a few slices of american ginseng).
Haha! That is my remedy which works for me.
I drink Chinese tea or Green tea most of the time to help get rid of the bloatedness. It's only when it's very bad then I take the medication. My Chinese herbs running very low, time to get new supply. Thanks for sharing. Oh! Thanks for letting me know the Cath Kidston bag too. My friend couldn't get them near her place and I bought for them. May get one for myself too. Which one did you buy?
I find Green Tea causes bloatedness for me. Which is why I stopped drinking them for a few years now. Does it really help your bloatedness??
Re Cath Kidston : I bought BOTH! Haha... (Kiasu). I can't wait for the other 4 designs to come to store :)
Bloatness....I have that whenever I get stressed up or when I rushed eating my meals.....so after visiting sinsehs, their suggestion is to always chew your food. Another handy remedy I have is drink eno....do you have that in UK too??
Tsu Lin,
Yes, green tea helps for me. Both the designs are nice. Let me know when the new designs are launched, k? Thanks!
Sharon,
Actually, I think I'm one who chews my food very well. It's just the stress I guess. Hmmm Eno, not sure if it's sold locally. Will lookout for it. Cheers!
