I enjoy eating glutinous rice because of the sticky, chewy texture. I've seen this dish many times while watching Japanese drama but it never occured to me to cook it. Yesterday, I chanced upon this recipe and seeing that it's very easy to make, I decided to give it a go today. The result was very good and it will be A and my lunch for tomorrow. It is a very nutritious and low fat dish though high in calories and carbs.
