Today, I finally tried the recipe, what I would call as 'Posh Bee Hoon'. But really it's Bing's 'The Hubby's Fried Bee Hoon'. I am a big bee hoon fan. I can eat it plain, just the economical kind. That's why I call hers the 'Posh Bee Hoon'. There's so many ingredients. But I omitted the lap cheong, bacon and large shrimps because I don't have them in the kitchen. I used chicken breast strips instead and substituted the chye sim with bak choy.
Louisa said 'this bee hoon is good!'.
The verdict's out.
