Having lived in the UK for nearly 6 years (has it been that long already?!), I have to say I'm loving Autumn this year. It's never been a favourite season of mine. I had preferred Spring. The days are short (it starts to get dark at 4pm) and I never know how to dress fashionably for it's neither too cold nor is it warm. Then I discovered layering after observing the mannequins in the window displays and of course in magazines. I used to just wear coat over a jumper or long-sleeve T. It was so boring then. But now, I have more fun dressing for fall.
Fashion aside, my eyes have 'opened' to the surroundings due to my increased interest in photography. I'm always on the lookout for something to snap. For example, the girls and my friends were wondering why on earth would I take pictures of horse poo when we were having a walk in the forest last week. Remember my last post? You never know when a picture may come in handy.
Yesterday was the first day back at school after the one-week break. The colours of leaves on the trees were amazing! Even though I was unwell, I was still thinking of photo opportunities! I wished I had my camera with me. So this morning, I brought it with me on the school run. Just a day and the trees look so different. They are balder compared to yesterday. That's why we should 'make hay while the sun shines'. I should take my camera with me wherever I go.

Yes. You most certainly should. Let that be your motto: Never leave home without it (camera, that is)!
Happy snapping!
Beautiful colours!
Saggs: Hahah! I will.
Tsu Lin: Yah, simply love the colours of the season now.
BTW, how come you call it fall? So american! :D
I am trying to make a trip somewhere (such as Wakehurst Place) this w/end just to photograph some autumn colours too - Hope it'll materialise. I simply LOVE autumn, it's my fav season (although I don't like the cold) - the sound of the crushing of fallen brown leaves on my every step is just so thrilling! :P
Are you still working?
I'm loving the colours! The weather in the fall is great for dressing up, especially since tights are wearable without needing knee high boots.
We went to Wisley on Friday, it's absolutely gorgeous, a riot of colours. My friend could not stop taking pics, reminding me of you :P
Tsu Lin: Er... the word just came to me?
You're wondering why the regular update isit? Hahah! I'm still working.
Val: Does E have a blog too?
Hmmm, not that I know of!
