No, I didn't sprinkle salt on my flower bed. In fact, the white stuff you see are hail stones. It had been raining on and off this morning when all of a sudden, I heard loud 'pitter patter' outside. It's almost summer and this phenomenon is definitely not what you'll usually get on a normal spring day.
